Udanti Sitandi Tiger Reserve Gariaband is named after the rivers Udanti and Sitanadi that flow through the Udanti Reserve, Sitanadi Reserve The Sitanadi Wildlife Sanctuary was set up in 1974 under the Wildlife Protection Act 1972. It covers a huge 556 km2 area and is located at an altitude of 327 to 736 m above sea level.
